Sydney regional surf report, 7am Saturday 6th March: Fresh to strong winds from the south and a fast rising S swell aren't making things very appealing this morning. Swell is dead south, and heights are ranging from overhead to chest high depending where you are. Head to protected beaches from the wind, but there's not as much S swell feeding them at first light, and what is getting in, is pretty straight. Tide is dropping out to a 9.24am am low
Rest of the Day Outlook: Southerly winds are hanging around all day, and expect the swell from the S to rise steadily. Southern corners will be the only option as the swell rises. The tide runs in to a 3pm High. Have a great day folks!
