Perth Regional Morning Report Monday 1st March: Calm and clean this morning with easing SW swell lingering around at low levels. It is a mellow ocean out there. Better spots see sets in the knee-waist high zone on occasion for top spots on the morning low tide. Wind is calm and sea surface is glassy early. Expect labour day crowds to be thick today getting the last session of the swell and long weekend. Tide comes off of a 550, making a lazy climb up through the day.
Rest of Day Outlook: Size tapers off ever so slightly into the back half of the day with better spots still producing knee-waist high waves on the better sets. Similar to yesterday, you'll probably want to take advantage of the morning session with an onshore seabreeze out of the SSW due to settle in by mid-afternoon that is likely to add a significant amount of surface bump for the back half of the day. EXPECT CROWDS.
